Our virtual leadership development programme uses highly interactive musical experiences to create dynamic, inspirational leaders within your company — yielding a stronger company culture.


Over the course of six 90-minute sessions, your leadership team will write hit songs and engage musically, all while learning integral leadership competencies: Team Cohesion, Storytelling, Belonging, Feedback, Creativity, and Engagement. The science of music does the rest, increasing levels of oxytocin (linked to bonding and trust) and dopamine (linked to happiness, motivation and engagement). Your leaders become more dynamic and confident, your company culture grows, and your bottom line soars to the top of the charts!


Work with our experts in leadership strategy and behavioural research, along with SongDivision’s renowned musicians who have performed with David Bowie, Cher, John Legend, Katy Perry and more. No musical experience is required.

SESSION OVERVIEW

Team Cohesion

In this session, leaders will learn how to help their team members trust one another, gain an understanding of what goes on in each other's lives, and recognise their unique strengths.

Storytelling

In this second session, leaders will select their best narrator voice, learn to appropriately use conflict in storeys to evoke emotion, and understand how to transport listeners and use behavioural modelling. 

Belonging

In this third session, leaders will learn how to inspire their teams to recommend the company to their friends, to communicate each team member's unique contributions regularly, and to remind their teams of the company's values and hopes.

Feedback

This fourth session will educate leaders on offering feedback to their team members as well as asking for feedback on deliverables, and investing in a psychologically safe work environment.

Creativity

In the fifth session, leaders will learn how to generate new ideas regularly, become more open to "randomness" happening around you, and allocate time for "mind-wandering" each week. 

Engagement

The final session will help leaders demonstrate that they care about their team, learn how to make other members feel appreciated and valued, and inspire them to stay with the company if faced with a competing job offer.

*All full group sessions include pre- and post- work (additional 20 min. total) +individual & team progress measurement.
